How do I create an account?+
Use an email address you can open. SmartStart sends a verification code before you create a password. You can also sign in with Google and then complete your profile.
Do I need an invite code?+
Some courses are invite-only and some may be directly available. If a code is required, your DTRI or co-op coordinator will provide it.
Can I use Filipino or English?+
You can choose English or Filipino in your account. Course text is shown in your selected language when that translation is available.
Do I need an internet connection?+
You can download published lessons, readings, and supported media from an enrolled course for offline study. Reconnect to take quizzes, submit tasks, join discussions, and sync progress.
When do I receive a certificate?+
For courses that issue certificates, you become eligible after completing all required course modules and their required learning activities.
